Our Instructional Process

The LSP training program represents years of research, clinical refinement, and dedicated curriculum development. Each technique is supported by 8–12 peer-reviewed research articles published within the last 20 years — tracing the connections between known neuroanatomical structures, neural fiber pathways, and their impact on psychological wellbeing and mental health.
